United Methodist Women The Purpose of United Methodist WomenThe organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. Sunday, April 14 is United Methodist Women Sunday. Brunch will be served from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. in Asbury Hall. The price is $8 for adults and $4 for children under ten; payment is taken at the door and walk-ins are welcome! Money raised will help us support our mission work throughout the world. Fellowship groups (circles) meet at the following times:
Eve (Circle 1) second Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. - Wesley Lounge
Priscilla (Circle 2) second Friday of the month at 10 a.m. - Wesley Lounge Beatitudes (Circle 3) second Thursday of the month at 10 a.m. - Beatitudes second floor lounge Unit meetings (all circles) are held on the third Thursday of each month. All meetings are held in Centennial Room.
